Red Rock Country Club is a master planned golf course community regulated by Covenants,Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). The Red Rock Country Club Homeowners Association is an organization that is in charge of maintaining the common areas and making sure the residents in Red Rock Country Club adhere to the rules set forth in the CC&Rs.

There are several committees, groups of volunteer Red Rock Country Club homeowners, that meet regularly and assist the HOA in the compliance process, audit of finances and preparation of the budget, organizing events, monitoring safety and other issues.
