Volunteers report CC&R violations to the management company, and assist in the compliance process.
Volunteers meet, review and audit the finances of the association, assist in the preparation of the budget, and ensure the reserve account is invested to the benefit of the entire association.
Volunteers monitor the security systems and offer suggestions to the board for increased public safety.
